For coaches, welfare officers & club admins

30 seconds to log it.
Everything else is automatic.

You've got a squad to run, fixtures to manage, and parents to communicate with. GRTP Tracker takes the concussion and first aid admin off your list.

How it works

Four steps. You only do the first one.

STEP 01
Log the incident
Name, symptoms, date. Under 30 seconds from the touchline on any phone. That's everything you need to do.
STEP 02
Protocol runs itself
Every morning at 7:30am each player advances to the correct GRAS stage automatically. No spreadsheet. No reminders.
STEP 03
Everyone stays informed
Parents and staff get an email at every stage change. They have a live tracking link. Nobody needs to chase anyone.
STEP 04
Record builds itself
Every action is logged and timestamped. When complete, a full incident report is ready in one click.
The GRAS programme

Built with RFU HEADCASE guidance.

GRTP Tracker follows the August 2023 Graduated Return to Activity and Sport programme, counting the day of the injury as Day 0 as the guidance does. Full contact never comes before Day 15, or before 14 days after any return of symptoms, and match play never before Day 21.

Stage 1
Initial Relative Rest
Days 0–1
Stage 2/3
Daily Activity & Light Exercise
Days 2–7 — moves on at Day 8
Stage 4
Rugby-Specific Non-Contact Training
Day 8+ minimum
Stage 5
Full Contact Practice
Day 15+ · 14 symptom-free days
Stage 6
Return to Match Play
Day 21+ minimum

If symptoms return, one tap pauses the protocol for 48 hours and pushes Stage 5 back 14 days. Everything recalculates automatically.

Features

Everything in one place.

📱
Log from anywhere
Mobile-optimised. Log a concussion in under 30 seconds from the touchline, changing room, or car park.
⚡
Auto-advancing stages
Every morning each player moves to the correct stage on the guidance timeline, so nobody has to remember to. If symptoms come back, one tap tells the app.
📢
Automatic notifications
Parents and coaches get a branded email at every stage change. Every notification is logged with confirmation.
👥
Full squad roster
Build your roster once. Players persist across seasons. Age grades, positions, parent contacts all in one place.
🔄
Symptom return handling
One button pauses the protocol for 48 hours and pushes Stage 5 back 14 days. Everything recalculates automatically.
📅
Season rollover
One-click rollover advances age grades, archives completed records, and resets for the new season.
First aid log

When it isn't a concussion, it still gets recorded.

Your first aiders deal with far more than head injuries. Every injury goes in one log alongside your concussions: recorded properly on the day, followed up for you, and ready to hand over when someone asks. Included in every plan.

✚
Log any injury in a minute
Match or training, the body part, what happened, what was done, what was advised and where they went next. Visiting players can be recorded too.
✉
You choose who's told
Nothing is shared by default. Tick who should know: parents get the full record, other contacts only what they need, and the email never names the child.
⏲
The 48-hour follow-up
If an ambulance was called or medical attention advised, the app asks two days later whether the player was admitted to hospital, because that decides whether the injury must be reported.
📋
One log, ready to export
Injuries and concussions side by side. Filter by date, team or player and download a CSV or PDF for an insurer, an inspection or your governing body.
✓
Agreement on record
The family's agreement to the record, and to each person it is shared with, is saved with the date, time and wording they saw.
📅
Kept, then deleted, on time
Records are kept for the period the law expects and then deleted automatically, so your old accident book problem doesn't follow you.
