You receive a full branded email immediately — symptoms recorded, stage guidance, earliest return to match play date, and your permanent portal link.

When your registration is approved you receive a permanent link. It shows your child's current status at any time — cleared to play, or their live protocol progress.
📱 Email at every stage change
Every time your child moves to a new stage, you get an email. No more wondering if they can train on Wednesday.
✏ Update your details
Changed your email or coach contact? Submit an update from your portal. The school or club reviews and approves it.

If your child is injured

Not every knock is a concussion.

Clubs and schools also use GRTP Tracker as their first aid log. If your child is hurt and given first aid, this is what you can expect.

✉ An email asking you to view the record
The email itself never names your child or describes the injury, because emails get forwarded and read on shared phones. The details are behind the private link.
📋 The full record, for you
What happened, what first aid was given and what was advised. Other contacts the club tells see only what they need, and nobody is told anything without you agreeing to it.
🩺 Medical decisions stay with you
The record is not medical advice. If you're worried, speak to your GP or call NHS 111, and contact the club directly with any questions.

GRTP Tracker is operated by Sports Welfare Systems Ltd, a company registered with the Information Commissioner's Office. Your child's data is stored in Europe, is never sold, and is never used for advertising.
